Strengths: Mandi's biggest strength is her ability to adapt. Being raised as she was, she had to learn things quickly, and adapt swiftly to changes. She is also extremely loyal and proud. She will fight for what she believes in, to the death if need be.
Weaknesses: Mandi's pride gets into the way almost as much as Vegeta's does. Though, thanks to her spending time with Goku, she is learning how to lay her pride down. She is also extremely stubborn and competitive.

Mandi was born to the Saiyan Raditz, and a woman named Nikita that he met on his journeys. She was born after the destruction of planet Vegeta, on an unknown planet. After her mother died, Raditz decided he didn't want to be burdened with her, so he left her in the care of Vegeta, who in turn often ended up leaving her in the care of Frieza's minions. She learned at a young age to fight to defend herself, and that with people as ruthless as Frieza and his men, showing weakness only lead to death. She learned to deal with violence and death at an early age. By the time she was 11, she was already a formidable fighter, earning the approval of both Vegeta and Nappa.
Shortly after she turned 11, she was taken by Vegeta to the planet Namek. There, she met her uncle, Goku, for the first time. She found him to be an enigma, so different from the way she had been raised. Goku was the first good person she had ever met. When Frieza killed Vegeta, Mandi's world was shattered, as the last person she had ever cared about died. She watched him tell Goku how Frieza had destroyed their home planet, and she watched him cry for the first time. The words that Goku spoke to Vegeta after he died have stuck with Mandi ever since.
"You're not as cold-hearted as you believed yourself to be. A heart of stone can't shed tears like you did. You must have been holding them back your whole life."
When she arrived on earth, and was reunited with Vegeta, Mandi unconsciously made a decision to be a better person. She was adopted by a young couple, who had no children of their own. She visited Vegeta and Bulma often, continuing her training at Capsule Corp, with Vegeta. She was with the Z warriors when Future Trunks defeated Fireza, the day that Goku returned to earth. She was 13 years old, then. Three years later, at the age of 16, she joined the Z fighters in the fight against the andriods, and Cell.
In the years between the fight with Cell and the fight with Buu, Mandi finished her schooling, and got a job from Bulma at Capsule Corp, as a secretary. There, she could be around her friends, and still keep up her training. She kept a good eye on her cousin Gohan, and his little brother, Goten. When she wasn't working, she spent her time keeping Goten company while Gohan did his studies and Chi Chi kept up with the housework and such. She also helped with Goten's training, and secretly trained him while he was a Super Saiyan, when Chi Chi refused to. She grew very close to her family in this time, taking every opprotunity she could to learn about Goku from them. He pretty much became her hero, and she strived to be like him, kind and merciful no matter how strong she became.
Now, since Buu has been defeated, Mandi divides her time between her job at Capsule Corp, spending time with her families, and training.

Accepted. Mandi, it wouldn't let me move the thread unless I moved it into another thread.
